    Yello does not collect or use your voice/text content; account info is limited to login needs.

Your agreement

By using Yello, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

If you use Yello on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization to these Terms.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for activity under your account.

You agree to provide accurate account details and keep them current.

Acceptable use

You may not use Yello to:

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or that the service will meet every specific use case.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yello is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or if use of the service creates legal, security, or operational risk.

You may stop using Yello at any time. You can also request account deletion through our support contact.
