Yello support is designed to be straightforward. If something is blocking you, email our team and include the email tied to your account plus a short description of the issue.

We currently handle support through direct email rather than a ticket portal or chat queue, so one clear message is the best way to reach us.

Billing and refunds

If you need help with charges, cancellations, or refunds, email support and include the account email associated with your purchase.

You can also manage cancellation from your account settings.

Privacy questions

Yello is built so your voice and writing stay with you. We do not collect, store, or use your dictated audio or writing content for model training, advertising, or tracking.
